[FOSS] New list

Hello everyone,

You are receiving this email because you were at Software Freedom Day at the 
Susquehanna County Library, or expressed an interest in free and open source 
software (FOSS). As promised back then (you may have forgotten all about it, but 
I didn't!), this mailing list is set up for us to exchange information and 
discuss anything related to FOSS.

In the Questions section of the library website, you will find the list of 
programs installed on library computers (not at the branches yet, but within the 
next few weeks) and the "What is open source?" overview:
