[FOSS] TheOpenCD Revisited

TheOpenCD - http://theopencd.org/ - has been mentioned several times in this list and has been commented on in the Susquehanna County Community Information Network - http://susquehannacin.net/ - forum.

While at the fair last week, I spoke with several Gatsby and other local county folk about FLOSS - http://www.flosstoday.com/whatisfloss/ - and thought I should bring TheOpenCD and FLOSS to everyone's attention once again. 

TheOpenCD is a collection of high quality Free (Libre) Open Source Software programs which run in Windows and cover the most common tasks such as word processing, presentations, e-mail, web browsing, web design, and image manipulation. Only top quality programs which have been carefully tested for stability and which are appropriate for a wide audience are included.  A list of programs is below.
