Software Freedom Day 2007 has come and gone.  Thanks to everyone who stopped by the table.  Our team was one of over 330 worldwide this year. 

And thanks to Carl Bufford from Covenant Computers for providing copies of TheOpenCD.  Carl will also be providing CDs for distribution through the county library system.   Watch for official announcement soon. 

Shirley Bennett was the winner of the drawing for an official SFD2007 t-shirt.   A lifelong local, Shirley works at Dean Lumber and McDonalds.   Be sure to congratulate her when you see her! 

Software Freedom Day 2008 (sfd2008) will be held September 20, 2008.  

The 2007 website has a lot of resource material for those interested in learning more about Free (Libre) Open Source Software, freedom, life, education and even programming.
