Subject: [PALA-ERR] Dinner at Computers in Libraries Conference

As I mentioned in an earlier email, a team of folks from the York County
Library System will be attending the Computers in Libraries conference.
Two or three roundtable members emailed me directly that they will also
be attending.  

 

Just to be sure that we do not miss anyone, I would like to ask the
group if there is  any interest in gathering for dinner one evening
during the conference?  I would be happy to make dining reservations and
would enjoy the chance to talk.

Subject: [PALA-ERR] Roundtable Ballot's for 2008

It's time to start thinking about 2008, and the election of PaLA
officers for divisions, chapters, and round tables.

 

PaLA Headquarters has asked for nominations for the office of Electronic
Resources Roundtable Vice Chair.

 

Shannon Richie from Penn State Hazleton is our current Vice Chair.  He
will become our Chair in 2008.  The position of Vice Chair will begin in
2008 and this person would then become our Chair in 2009.

 

Please send nominations to me off list by Monday, April 30th for
inclusion in the official ballot.
