Hello Lora-Lynn, Paula, and sgr (sorry I don't know your name),
--I changed the welcome message and subscribed the two CCs on Lora-Lynn's email
to test that. Can one of you forward the welcome message you got to Lora-Lynn?
--The list can be moderated, or not. It's certainly easier not, and since
membership is effectively restricted, it probably is not necessary. Moderation
can be turned on at any point.
--For the time being I have set myself and Lora-Lynn as administrators.
Lora-Lynn, I will contact you separately about that.
--As for subscriptions, they can be set to need approval, so that someone can
check that the person is in fact a Roundtable member. It's also possible to add
a list of email addresses all at once.
--Whether or not we require approval, people can start the subscription process
by visiting
http://mail.susqcolibrary.org/mailman/listinfo/pala-err_susqcolibrary.org
or via email (the web address is probably easier to explain...)
--Our full name is Susquehanna County Historical Society & Free Library
Association, and we're thrilled to be able to help!
I think that's it for now...
